The WIN R1000 hamper from PayflexXRetail Box competition will only be available to customers that have placed a successful order using Payflex Pay Later.  R200 off any order over R500 is only available to NEW Payflex Pay Later customers. 

Introduction

1. Retail Box Pty Ltd (“the Company”) customers who make a purchase using Payflex Pay Later and are new Payflex customers from 7 February 2022 to 6 March 2022 are eligible.
2. By participating in this Competition, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
3. R200 voucher code RETAILBOX200 must be entered during checkout on the Payflex payment gateway. 
4. Voucher code is only valid on purchases over R500 and to NEW Payflex Pay Later Customers
5. Customers must select the pay later option when checking out through Payflex.
6. We would also like to refer you to our Privacy Policy  which will be applicable to the extent that any of your personal information is processed by Retail Box Pty Ltd with regards to the competition. By participating in the Competition, you consent to Retail Box’s use of your personal information as set out in these Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
7. Retail Box Pty Ltd shoppers stand a chance to win by completing an order on the website during the competition period.

When?
The Competition is available from 7 February 2022 (12:00) until 6 March 2022 (23:59).

Who can win?
To enter the Competition, the customers must meet the following criteria;

• be a natural person over the age of 18 (eighteen);
• be a Retail Box customer;
• have successfully completed a purchase - including payment - on the Retail Box website.
• are new Payflex Pay Later Customers
• Customers are excluded from participating in the Competition if:

• Customers are a director, member, partner, employee, agent or consultant to Retail Box Pty Ltd/s or any marketing service provider in respect of the promotional competition or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the Retail Box Pty Ltd/s or the spouse, life partner, parent, child, sibling, business partner or associate of such a person; or
• Customers place fraudulent orders

General:

1. The Company may ask for personal information and request documentation for the delivery of the prize. If a winner is unable to provide such information or documentation within 3 (three) calendar days of this information being requested, the prize will be forfeited and the winner will have no right to claim against Retail Box for any reason whatsoever.
2. The Company accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network, or server failure of any kind whatsoever.
3. The Company, their respective directors, affiliates, members, partners, employees, agents, consultants, suppliers, contractors, subsidiaries and sponsors assume no liability whatsoever for any direct or indirect loss or damage, including but not limited to physical harm or death, howsoever arising from or as a result of a person's participation (or lack or participation) in the Competition, the prizes and/or the terms and conditions of this Competition.
4. Entry into the Competition means that Customers agree and understand that Customers will only stand a chance to win a prize, and that there is no guarantee that Customers will be receiving any prize.
5. In the event of a dispute, the decision of the competition judges is final and binding and no further correspondence will be entered into.
6. The prize/s is/are not transferable and may not be deferred, changed or exchanged for cash or any other item.
7. The winner/s name, image and/or town/city may be published by the Company on their respective websites or on another social media platforms. The winner will not be paid for such use. The winner may at all times refuse to grant consent for the use of their name, likeness and/or image for this purpose.
8. The Company reserves the right to void or cancel any prizes or vouchers at their discretion or if voucher fraud is suspected.
9. The Company reserves the right to void, cancel, suspend, or amend the Competition where it becomes necessary to do so.
10. Personal data supplied during the duration of the Competition will only be processed as set out in the Privacy Policy of the Company.
11. Any violation or attempt to violate any of the above terms and conditions will result in immediate disqualification of the participant or entrant.
