First wash your hair with 1922 Fortifying Shampoo and dry it. Then gently rub the hair growth lotion into your scalp. No need to rinse out. Use it 3 to 4 times a week for the first 11 weeks. After that, 2 to 3 times is enough to keep it up. No hair loss yet but want to prevent it? Then once to twice a week is fine.
