#1 Steam
This might seem like an idealistic procedure... one for those with an abundance of spare time. But in reality, it requires no special equipment or expensive products and will take up only 10 to 15 minutes of your time.
Pour boiled water into a large bowl, put your face over the bowl with a towel over your head and stick your timer on to 10 minutes. It's that simple!
If you can achieve this once per day the results will be fantastic... but for the very time restricted, two times per week is better than no times!
#2 Cleanse
Cleanse routinely. Twice per day, every day. Once in the morning and once at night.
This might seem excessive but I assure you it is not. This will take up less than 10 minutes of your whole day combined. And it is absolutely necessary!
